Sampati Securities Limited (SSL) is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) engaged primarily in the business of disbursement of short-term and long-term business/corporate loans to individuals as well as Corporates.


SSL is currently engaged in the Non-Banking Financial Activity of providing business/corporate loans to its borrowers through Brick and Mortar Method as well as Digital Lending method. SSL has partnered with a Digital Lending Platform named ‘Credify Technologies Private Limited’ which disburses loans digitally through its Instant Loan App called ‘creditt” & ‘creditt+”. SSL has no such arrangement with any other Platform/Agency of any kind.

SSL envisions to expand its business beyond Digital Lending and make its mark in various fields of lending like providing Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc. such that we have a solution for each type of requirement of every Client who approaches us.


We are in the process of establishing our online presence as well, by developing our own website. This will help our potential Clients to know exactly who we are, what we are and what we intend to be; thereby enabling them to know us better.

1. Credify Technologies Private Limited (CTPL).

Details of activities for which Credify Technologies Private Limited has been engaged by Sampati Securities Limited:

Sampati Securities Limited has entered into an agreement to avail the services of Digital Lending of CTPL through its Digital Lending App (DLA) called ‘creditt” & ‘creditt+” for the disbursement of short-term loans of small amounts to salaried individuals who apply directly for the loan through the DLA.

Sampati Securities has not entered into any agreement with any other Company/ Agency for availing any other services.

Background

SSL was originally incorporated in 1995 under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies (ROC) of Gujarat, India. It has a Certificate of Registration (CoR) from Reserve Bank of India, as is required to be obtained under Section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. Our CoR Number is 01.00214 dated 20.04.1998. SSL is a Non-Deposit Accepting Non-Systematically Important Non-Banking Financial Company (ND-NSI NBFC).
